This Privacy Policy applies to the application Spanly (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
The App primarily stores data locally on your device (e.g., tasks, schedules, local settings, and preferences). This data will not be uploaded to our servers without your explicit consent.
We process the aforementioned data solely for the following purposes: to provide and maintain app functionality; to save user progress and preferences (locally); to diagnose and fix errors using anonymous crash logs under user authorization; and to comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. If we use third-party services (such as crash analysis), we will truthfully declare them on the App Store Connect privacy page.
The App prioritizes local storage; data is saved only on your device unless you actively enable cloud synchronization or other sharing features. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your local data by uninstalling the App or clearing records within the App. If you need us to delete any identifiable personal information we may hold (if any), please contact us using the contact information below.
The App is not designed for children under the age of 4. If you are a parent and discover that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us so that we can delete that data.
