Welcome to Spanly (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

The copyright of the App belongs to the developer. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App;
• Distributing, selling, or commercializing the App or its content in any manner;
• Using the App to engage in illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of others.

4. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• If the App offers subscription or in-app purchase features, all payments and renewals are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Management of subscriptions (such as cancellations) is performed by the user within their Apple ID settings. Refund policies are subject to Apple's respective terms.
• We do not directly process or store any payment card information.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination

We may immediately terminate or restrict your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon the update of the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
